Hear From Our Clients
A reputation built on 350+ client experiences across our premier locations.
You’ll walk out with skin that feels clean, looks brighter, and actually responds the way you want it to. No more guessing what works or wasting money on treatments that barely make a difference.
Our deep exfoliation extractions clear out everything your daily routine can’t reach. We’re talking about the stubborn blackheads, the clogged pores that keep coming back, the dullness that makeup can’t quite cover.
The difference isn’t just what you see in the mirror—it’s how your skin behaves. Smoother application when you put on moisturizer. Makeup that goes on evenly. Fewer breakouts because your pores can actually breathe.
We’ve been serving Jamaica Hills and the greater Queens area since 2006. Our founder, Jennifer DiLandro, holds Allergan Top 100 Celebrity Injector status—recognition that comes from consistently delivering results that clients actually want to talk about.
We’ve treated thousands of patients over nearly two decades, building our reputation on something simple: understanding that your skin is unique, your concerns are real, and cookie-cutter approaches don’t work. That’s why every treatment starts with actually listening to what you’re dealing with.
Jamaica Hills residents choose us because they know they’re getting expertise that’s been proven over time, not just promises that sound good on paper.
Your facial starts with a consultation where we look at your skin, discuss what’s bothering you, and explain exactly what we can do about it. No pressure, no upselling—just honest assessment of what will actually help.
The treatment itself focuses on deep cleansing and extraction. We’re removing the buildup that your regular routine can’t handle, exfoliating dead skin that’s making everything look dull, and addressing the specific issues you came in with. Whether that’s persistent blackheads, uneven texture, or skin that just doesn’t seem to respond to anything you try at home.
After your treatment, you’ll get clear guidance on what to expect and how to maintain the results. Most clients see immediate improvement in skin clarity and texture, with continued benefits as your skin responds to professional-grade care.
Ready to get started?
Your facial treatment includes deep pore cleansing, professional-grade exfoliation, targeted extractions, and customized mask application based on your skin type and concerns. We use medical-grade products that you can’t get over the counter—the kind that actually make a difference in how your skin looks and feels.
Jamaica Hills clients particularly appreciate our approach to extractions. Instead of aggressive techniques that leave your skin irritated, we use methods that clear your pores thoroughly while keeping inflammation to a minimum. You’ll leave with cleaner skin, not red, angry skin that takes days to calm down.
We also include post-treatment skincare recommendations specific to your skin’s needs. Not a generic routine everyone gets, but actual guidance based on how your skin responded to treatment and what will help maintain the results you just invested in.
Most clients see optimal results with monthly facials, though this depends on your skin type and specific concerns. If you’re dealing with persistent acne or significant congestion, you might benefit from treatments every 3-4 weeks initially, then space them out as your skin improves.
For maintenance and general skin health, every 4-6 weeks works well for most people. This gives your skin time to complete its natural renewal cycle while ensuring you’re consistently addressing issues before they become problems.
During your consultation, we’ll recommend a schedule based on what your skin actually needs, not what generates the most appointments. Some clients need more frequent treatments initially, others do well with seasonal maintenance—it’s about what works for your skin and your schedule.
Our facials are performed in a medical spa setting with medical-grade products and equipment that aren’t available at day spas. We can do deeper extractions, use stronger exfoliating agents, and address skin concerns that require more than surface-level treatment.
The biggest difference is in the extraction process. We can safely remove deeper blackheads and congestion that day spa facials typically can’t address. Our exfoliation methods are also more effective—we’re actually removing dead skin cells and stimulating cell turnover, not just making your skin feel temporarily smoother.
You’ll also get honest assessment of what your skin needs. If you have concerns that require medical-grade treatment, we can address them. If you just need good maintenance care, we’ll tell you that too. The goal is getting your skin where you want it to be, not selling you treatments you don’t need.
Some clients experience minor purging for 3-5 days after their first facial, especially if we’ve done significant extractions. This isn’t a breakout—it’s your skin releasing congestion that was already there but hadn’t surfaced yet.
True breakouts from facials are usually the result of aggressive treatment or using products that don’t suit your skin type. We avoid this by customizing every treatment to your skin’s tolerance level and using products that support your skin’s natural healing process rather than overwhelming it.
If you do experience any purging, it’s typically mild and resolves quickly. Most clients see clearer skin within a week of treatment. We’ll also give you specific aftercare instructions to minimize any temporary effects and maximize your results.
Regular facials can improve the appearance of mild acne scarring and dark spots over time, though deeper scarring typically requires additional treatments like microneedling or chemical peels. The exfoliation and cell turnover stimulation from professional facials help fade surface-level discoloration and smooth minor textural issues.
For active acne, facials are particularly effective because we can clear congested pores and reduce the inflammation that leads to scarring in the first place. Prevention is always easier than correction, so consistent treatment helps prevent new scarring while gradually improving existing concerns.
During your consultation, we’ll assess your specific scarring and pigmentation issues and let you know what facials can realistically accomplish versus what might require additional treatments. We’ll always be honest about what you can expect from facials alone versus combination approaches.
The immediate effects of your facial—cleaner pores, smoother texture, brighter appearance—typically last 2-4 weeks, depending on your skin type and home care routine. The deep cleaning and exfoliation benefits gradually diminish as your skin goes through its natural renewal cycle.
However, consistent facial treatments create cumulative benefits. Clients who maintain regular appointments see ongoing improvement in skin texture, fewer breakouts, and better response to their home skincare products. Your skin essentially gets “trained” to function better with professional maintenance.
The key is consistency rather than intensity. Monthly facials that maintain your skin’s health are more effective than sporadic treatments that try to fix problems after they’ve developed. Most clients find their skin looks and behaves better overall with regular professional care.
Before your facial, avoid any aggressive exfoliation or new skincare products for at least 48 hours. Don’t use retinoids, glycolic acid, or other active ingredients the day before treatment. Come with clean skin—no makeup if possible, though we can remove it if needed.
After your facial, keep things simple for 24-48 hours. Use gentle cleanser and moisturizer, avoid makeup if possible for the rest of the day, and definitely skip any harsh products or treatments. Your skin needs time to settle and benefit from what we’ve just done.
Sun protection is crucial after any facial, especially if we’ve done significant exfoliation. Your skin will be more sensitive to UV damage, so use SPF 30 or higher and avoid direct sun exposure when possible. We’ll give you specific aftercare instructions based on the treatment you received.
